Welcome to our little shop! 

Even though most of our items are individually commissioned, we've put together a small collection of items that we aim to dispatch within 3 working days (Some of the personalised items will take longer but please let us know if you need something in a hurry). We hope this will be helpful to our customers who need something quickly. You'll also find gift vouchers that can be sent electronically if you are in a real hurry! 

This little shop also gives us a chance to be creative and make items that are beautiful and that we think people will enjoy, even when not specially commissioned. 

New items will regularly appear in our shop so be sure to check back to see our latest creations.

Note: Most of these items can be personalised with artful lettering, so get in touch if you see something that catches your eye. 


Postage & Packaging Information

UK STANDARD SHIPPING RATES:

We always aim to keep our P&P prices as low as we can; in many instances, they will be free. However, for some items, we will have to charge a small fee. Prices will be calculated at the checkout and get in touch if you have any questions.

Note: We usually use either DPD or Royal Mail to get your items to you safely and quickly. Each item will have been weighed and measured to calculate the shipping cost. This will be applied at the checkout once you enter your address details. We aim to get your item dispatched within 3 working days. If, however, you need something delivered to you urgently then please let us know and we'll try our best to help. Each item bought will be carefully wrapped and tied with a hand written tag. With this in mind, do let us know if your purchase is a gift and you'd like something special written on the tag.

Returns: We hope that you are delighted with your item, but if you are not satisfied, items can be refunded within 14 days of receipt. When returning items, please return them to us with a trackable courier, such as Royal Mail special delivery.  Unfortunately we are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit when refunding or exchanging (But we will always do our best to help you sort any damage out). We do not refund shipping charges on returned items.
